How are your suits made?
DLC suits are all made to measure. Choose your style, fabric and tell us your measurements for the perfect hand tailored fit delivered to your door.
Suits are made by our talented craftsmen in Vietnam, with each segment created by specialist teams. Find out more about the meticulous tailoring process within our Why DLC? section.
How long does it take to create a suit?
The creation of a full suit can take up to 80 hours from creating the pattern to cutting, stitching and then quality assurance.
How do I care for my DLC suit?
Use a clothes brush after each wear and refresh at the dry cleaners around every six months (or if you’ve missed your mouth eating your lunch).
Placing an order
Do you have fabric samples?
We currently do not offer fabric samples, however you can get your monocles out for a good view of the fabrics within our suit configurator.
How do I know my measurements?
Prepare to get the tape measure out, flex your muscles and follow our simple step by step measurement guide or watch our video for full instructions.
Can I change my order?
Once you place your order it is saved within Your Wardrobe. Please Contact Us or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours for any adjustments to your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
DLC offer a wider range of secure payment methods. We accept all major credit cards.
What countries does Dress Left Club deliver to?
We currently only deliver to addresses in Europe. All orders are shipped via our HQ in the UK.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free for all orders.
How long until I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within 14 working days from submission.
What is the returns policy?
We pride ourselves on ensuring only the highest quality fit for all Dress Left Club suits; meticulously checking and re-checking each suit to ensure it matches your measurements exactly. On the rare occasion there may be an issue with the fit of one of our suits, we do offer a complimentary alteration service. Email our customer care team for more details.
